REGINA VS. ALEX HEPBURN.
APPEAL AGAINST CONVICTION.

On the 12th April 2019, Alex Hepburn was convicted, at Worcester Crown Court, of an offence of rape by oral penetration. Whilst we did not represent Mr. Hepburn at trial, we are instructed to offer him advice and assistance in relation to his proposed appeal against conviction.
An application for leave to appeal has been lodged in Mr. Hepburn’s case and we await the assessment of that application in advance of which no further information will be posted.
