Aisha Aslam

Aisha joined the Draycott Browne Ltd Prison Law Team in 2017, having completed the Legal Practice Course in 2016. She has vast experience in both Criminal Litigation and Prison Law, having worked in these areas for a number of years.

Aisha takes pride in her work, dedicating her time and efforts to ensuring no stone is left unturned when representing her clients up and down the Country, particularly in Magistrates Court Prosecution.

Aisha takes a keen interest in representing Imprisonment for Public Protection Prisoners (IPP Prisoners) and has successfully represented numerous clients before the Parole Board, securing release for both determinate and indeterminate sentence prisoners. She also regularly represents clients who are detained in Prison and who appear before the Independent Adjudicator.

Aisha is also a Legal Aid Agency approved Prison Law Supervisor.

In her spare time, she loves playing squash and strumming her guitar.
