Gavin Clarke

Gavin has vast experience in dealing with a wide spectrum of cases throughout the criminal justice system ranging from representation at the Police Station to advocacy in the Youth and Magistrates’ Court, as well as preparing cases for trial before the Crown Court. Over his 15 years in the profession he has dealt with Murder Trials, Sexual Offences, Serious and Complex Fraud, Money laundering, VAT fraud, Customs and Excise cases, Terrorism and Drug Importation.

Gavin is also a fully accredited Duty Police Station Solicitor, advising and representing clients from the moment of arrest for the likes of burglary and theft, assault and much more. His attention to detail is second to none and he is passionate about defending the rights of his clients. Gavin has built a strong reputation for providing high quality advice and representation and is a powerful advocate.

Gavin qualified as a Solicitor in Manchester in 2003 and became a Duty solicitor in 2005.
